Make Over Your Telephone Sets

Solutions is introducing a new Telephone Set Makeover program. We
have developed this program for you to keep your office telephones
looking and functioning as well and professional as the day you bought
them.
Over time your phones become worn-out with heavy use
and start showing their age. The original labels may have
layers of whiteout and crossed-out names and extensions, or your
cord may be frustratingly tangled.
Our Telephone Set Makeover program is a way to keep your phones
functioning properly and prevent them from becoming an
eyesore: for $70 per extension*, we will replace your phones
with a newly refurbished model. Each replacement telephone is
sterilized and re-coated using Tel-Comp Solutions' proprietary
process. You will receive all new cords, and we will also
print and install new labels for each set, a unique service that only
Tel-Comp Solutions offers. In addition to having a "good as new"
telephone set on your desk, you will also receive a new one-year

Quick Tip
Attention NEC DTP /DTU Telephone Set Customers
Do
you have DTP or DTU phones in your office? (You can
identify the model by looking at the label on the bottom
of the phone.) If someone in your office reports
that that they have a problem with their phone such as a
button won't work, or they receive an unusual tone when they
try to use the handset it may actually be a loose plastic label
cover.
A
large percentage of these phones that we receive for repair are
actually not broken, but the cover is not securely fastened.
This may cause many problems and may even cause the phone to
appear to be broken. To find out if the plastic label cover is
causing the problem completely remove the plastic label cover and
then try using the phone. If it works properly you
can then reinstall the plastic label cover making sure that
it is secure. To install the plastic label cover
securely always place the bottom edge on the phone and then the
top edge. You will hear the tabs snap into place when it is
